8 Weeks

Yesterday I had my 8 week ultrasound and appointment with my doctor. The baby has tripled in size since the last ultrasound (12 days ago) and is measuring a day ahead of schedule. The heartbeat was nice and strong at 167 beats per minute. An old wives tale says if the heartbeat is more than 140, then it's a girl. But I had a dream last night that it was a boy. We plan to find out as soon as we can (usually 18-20 weeks) which will be the end of June.

So far, I've been feeling pretty good besides being really tired and having some "morning" sickness here and there. Although mine seems to occur more in the afternoons.
